The pattern Margaret uncovered
My sister had spent several months reviewing publicly available information.
She’d found records suggesting Rachel had previously worked at two other companies where she became involved in complicated personal situations surrounding senior employees.
At both businesses, the men involved had experienced sudden career changes.

Margaret carefully explained what she’d found.
“She worked in positions close to senior management,” she said. “She had access to office conversations and information about the executives’ personal circumstances.”
Rachel crossed her arms.
“People change jobs. Marriages end. That doesn’t mean anything.”
Margaret nodded.
“Not by itself.”
Then she pointed toward the records.
